Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Initial Oral Examination
For non-emergency new patient visits, we typically schedule an hour and a half appointment.  During that appointment, the patient’s medial history is reviewed, a full mouth series of X-rays are taken, a periodontal evaluation is performed, and patients are examined by the dentist.  Patients are then given a plan showing them what dental treatment they need, and the next appointment is scheduled.  When time permits, we will provide a professional cleaning for patients during this visit.  Additional cleaning appointments are usually scheduled for one hour.

Emergency Exams
For emergency visits, we typically schedule a half hour appointment.  During that appointment, the patient’s medical history is reviewed, the tooth or teeth in question are X-rayed, and a patient exam is performed by the dentist.  Patients are then given a diagnosis and treatment plan for the specific tooth or teeth.  A prescription is written when necessary.  The next appointment is scheduled accordingly.

*** All new patients must fill out a patient information form and a medical history form prior to their appointment.  We request that patients come 15 minutes early to their appointment to fill out these forms, or patients can print these forms from our site in the Patient Forms section and bring them in filled out.

Facilities and Equipment
In order to provide patients with the best treatment available, Dr. Vohs and Dr. Scott strive to keep their facility on the cutting-edge of dental technology. Their office is recently remodeled and has been designed for optimum function resulting in better comfort and shorter appointment time for patients.

Insurance and Billing
We are a fee for service corporation. We accept many types of insurance, but are not affiliated with any PPO’s or HMO's. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Below is a list of some of our insurance carriers. Please call or email to see if we accept your specific insurance policy.
